October 23, 2009, Posted by admin at 4:07 pm It’s the Holy Grail for HIM fans – Helldone, the New Years festival thrown every year in Helsinki, Finland. Tickets are always hard to get though this year it was a bit easier with HIM headlining not one but FOUR nights! Never the less everyone wants to ring in the new year with their favorite band and tickets for the 31st went quick. Didn’t get yours? Don’t worry! Euro-Rock Radio has a pair to give away! So you know what that means – time for another HIM Night and contest!! It was a hard decision, figuring out when to do this HIM Night because November is Ville’s birth month but we also want to give the winner plenty of time to arrange flights and hotel if they still need to. So we’re compromising. We’ll do it in November to honor Ville’s birthday but early enough to still book things if you need to. November 10th is our next HIM Night, and when we will give away the Helldone tickets, but this contest will last longer than one night. We’ll be doing ‘qualifying rounds’ starting next week where you can qualify to be in the running on November 10th for the tickets. These mini contests could be trivia questions, a ‘Where’s Ville’ game, or even being a certain caller into the station, who knows! You’ll have to tune in to find out! But that’s not all! Each winner of the qualifying rounds will also get a piece of the Killing Loneliness wall – a wall of graffiti used in the Killing Loneliness video! Lots to win between now and November 10th and then a pair of tickets to the most sought after HIM show of the year! Keep an eye here on Euro-Rock Radio for more details as they come and be sure to tune in next Tuesday for the beginning of the qualifying rounds! PLEASE NOTE: We have two (2) tickets to give away. We can do this either as a pair or as two separate tickets. Either way we’ll need to know the names and date of births of the people who will be using these tickets so that we can give that information to the promoter and HIM management. This means if you win and you’re bringing a friend I will need your full name and date of birth and theirs. If you win and only need one of the tickets please let us know and we’ll give the second one to the runner up. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESELL THESE TICKETS. They will be waiting at Tavastia’s enterance the night of the show and you’ll have to have your ID to claim them. Also please, only participate in this contest if you really are going to be in Helsinki for the night of Dec 31st. You need to either already have flights/hotel/etc booked or honestly be in a position to be able to do so. Can we check and verify this? No. But we’d like these tickets to go to someone who will actually be using them. OFFICIAL RULES: •You must be 18 to enter (the same age as Tavastia requires) •You can only qualify ONCE. •Only the winners of the qualifying rounds will be entered for the final contest •Country of origin does not matter.
