For the time being we can just state that… There will be a Helldone Festival in 2014. The dates will be Dec 29-31, and the festival will be held at the clubs Tavastia & Semifinal in Helsinki, Finland. There will be great headliners, special guests and truly rare performances spread out over all three nights. But most importantly, there will be the unique feeling of Helldone. Kindred spirits from all over the world gathered together in the heart of the Hellsinki winter to take a leap into the New Year. More info to follow in a week’s time, Sep 1. See you then, stay safe! HeartagramTeam HelldoneFestival[/more] Helldone Festival 2014 It was 20 years ago that HIM played their first ever gig. On New Year’s Eve 1994 a slightly shaky group of young men, still known then as His Infernal Majesty, took the stage at Semifinal. On that small beer-stained stage they had to witness their equipment failing them spectacularly, smashing their dreams into smithereens. It took them another couple of years to manoeuver the 40 plus steps that separate the stage of Semifinal with that of mighty Tavastia, Helsinki’s legendary rock venue. But manoeuver them they did. It was 15 years ago that HIM played their first New Year’s Eve show at Tavastia, receiving the welcome of returning heroes. It was the beginning of a much loved tradition, a tradition that very quickly metamorphosed into Helldone Festival. Because, as we all know, everything is twice as much fun when you do it together with your friends. And here they are, a pack of road dogs heading home for the holidays! In the case of Paradise Lost it’s obviously a case of home away from home. The British gothic metal pioneers have played Tavastia already on seven occasions, but it has been already eight long years since their last visit. Before their eagerly awaited return Paradise Lost will be performing at an exclusive show in the magnificent Roman theatre in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. For the one off event the band will be joined by the renowned Plovdiv Philharmonic Orchestra. The show will be filmed for a future DVD release. Sharing the stage with Paradise Lost on the opening night of Helldone 2014 will be The 69 Eyes. The Helsinki Vampires play their 25th anniversary show in early September before returning to the dungeons in order to write material for their renowned 2012 album “X”. A double CD compilation of the band’s singles called “The Best of Helsinki Vampires” was released last year on Halloween. Children Of Bodom have been practically continuously crisscrossing the globe since Valentine’s Day, Their Halo of Blood Tour has already taken them to the Americas, Australia, Russia and various European summer festivals. Before these hugely successful death metallers from Espoo reach the happy haven of Helldone they will do yet another stint in the US and Canada. Last summer’s “Halo of Blood” is the band’s eight studio album. The ambassadors of unashamed Eighties Metal, Reckless Love have released three albums and are currently working on number four. The Kuopio quartet have had a hectic 2014 so far: performing at Sonisphere UK, a blazing hot club tour of Europe, their first ever visit to Russia, playing in front of a sold out Moscow Hall. In the months leading to Helldone Reckless Love will be touring Spain together with Hardcore Superstar and headlining their own UK tour. The hosts of Helldone, HIM, will also be playing the US in December. The tour will coincide with the release of the limited edition boxset “Lashes To Ashes, Lust To Dust”: A Vinyl Retrospective '96-'03. The boxset includes the rare debut 1996 EP '666 Ways To Love: Prologue" on 180gram heavy weight vinyl for the first time ever, along with an exclusive Heartagram Logo slipmat, an autographed 12x12 poster of the cover, and a USB drive with 37 bonus tracks, 80 tracks all together, all re-mastered. Also to be released on November 18th, four of their iconic albums, “Greatest Love Songs Vol. 666”, “Razorblade Romance”, “Deep Shadows And Brilliant Highlights”, and “Love Metal” will be released in multiple configurations, all re-mastered with bonus tracks, exclusive liner notes, and special packaging. Возможно также ,что он перебрал все возможные форматы, 3 дня , 4 дня, где он был и вишенкой последнего дня, и где был каждый день, а также неожиданный формат того года "голопом по Финке". Whisper: olga2188, в Таву двери обычно открывают в 20:00 (31-го), в зал в 21:00, на балкон, по всей видимости, будут запускать в 20:30 (вряд ли за шкирку ). В другие дни такая же схема только раньше на час-два.

The few who managed to catch a glimpse of Rambo Rimbaud's live appearances under various monikers in the mid noughties confess in unison that they had been blown away. Despite of their relatively short lifespan this first manifestation of HIM guitarist Linde’s solo career managed to release an album appropriately titled “The King of Rock’n Roll”. The title track became the theme song of Bam Margera’s TV show Viva La Bam. The rest of the songs, like, say, International Pussy Lover, they became something else. Radio hits they weren’t, but the heart of rock’n’roll skipped a beat, nevertheless. Expect a healthy dose of root remedies rammed down your throats by messieurs Daniel Lioneye, Bad Mize and Bil Bao. Mercy! BREAKING NEWS: on Tuesday DJ Jussi69 will be manning the decks at Helldone’s Doomsday Disco @ Semifinal. DANIEL CAVANAGH (UK) On New Year’s Eve the audience will be guided out of the valley of death (where they have been led by Kuolemanlaakso, the night’s intense opener) to the dawn of a new morning by the one and only Daniel Cavanagh. The Anathema guitarist and chief songwriter is indeed the perfect guide, in both the spiritual and musical sense. His band has recently released a new album called “Distant Satellites” which leans increasingly on electronica, but in his solo shows Danny relies on his voice, acoustic guitar and a few chosen samples.
